We were having trouble with our AC today and called to schedule service for tomorrow. However, by the afternoon it was near 90 in our house, so I called back and asked if there was any way someone could come out this evening as not only were the humans in the house melting, but our pets were suffering in the heat. We received a call back in minutes, and a technician was out within the hour to take a look at our AC. Amazing customer service and a thorough inspection.
