Lenny and the guys at HRDair are just great. They were able to take care of my issue day of and with plenty of communication and information so I felt like I was in the loop the whole time. As far as I can tell, their prices are fantastic and it's nice to feel like someone is at your house to fix a problem rather than sell you something. We're definitely lucky to have them in the area.

These guys are amazing! I contacted HRD Air for help with a gas line problem that I created (whoops). Lenny Jr. responded right away, told me when he could be here, answered my questions, and showed up when he said he would. Lenny Jr. and his protégé arrived ready to solve the problem, and they solved it quickly and skillfully. This is my new favorite dynamic duo (no disrespect to Batman). We found Lenny through a facebook group when we bought our first home in Apex in 2018. I love that he is the owner of the company and comes to every service call. Lenny has an amazing memory, and always remembers what we talked about! I never feel like I'm being upsold or convinced to do something I'm not ready for. Lenny treats us like family and I always feel like I'm in good hands with his advice. He is easy to communicate with via text and email. We recently bought a new house in Holly Springs and Lenny and his father installed two new HVAC systems and a furnace. His pricing is very fair

Excellent service, very responsive, prompt, and honest! We've had HRD doing regular maintenance for years, and we knew our old AC system was on its last legs. On a recent service call, HRD recommended we consider a replacement (due the unavailability of the old R22 refrigerant, among other problems with the system). Turns out it was a good thing we did! A day before the scheduled install, the old system finally gave up. The next day, a 4-person team was in and out with a full split system replace in under 5 hours, and the house is cool once again!

Lenny was very responsive. We ended up needing to replace our air system. It was over 25 years old but still he wanted to be sure we were completely comfortable in our decision to replace the system. Lenny fully explained why he made the recommendations he did and answered all of my questions thoroughly and simply. I had a previous consult where a lot of unnecessary recommendations were made. Lenny fully explained why the recommendations weren’t needed and helped us spend our money wisely. I would highly recommend them.

Very highly recommend Lenny and his team at HRD Air. He responded to my initial call right away and was here to diagnose the issue at 8 am the next morning. He also was very diligent and thoughtful about preventing exposure in these pandemic times. We needed a new AC unit and he thoroughly and honestly walked us through all of our options so that we could make the right decision for us. They promptly replaced our unit with minimal disruption to us working from home. Honest, professional, knowledgeable!

I was never pressured but was well informed of options to either repair of replace my unit. Ultimately I did decide to replace my entire unit and was given a competitive rate to do so.
Lenny was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and even offered to lend me a portable AC unit for my upstairs until his team could come back to install mine.
