Steven has gone above and beyond to work with my schedule when our heat went out. He was extremely responsive, professional, and polite. Chris was our tech, who has come out multiple times due to different issues, and has always been outstanding! He is always timely, responsive by providing updates of arrival, courteous and professional, hard working, and honest and knowledgeable about the issues we have had. We had been using a different company for several years, but I called and left 2 voicemail messages over 3 days for them when our A/C went out last week. We never received any response. The owner left the business to his son I think. I guess the son doesn't have any concept of customer service or normal business practices. Done with them.
I asked for recommendations and a person I used to work with recommended B & J. I called Monday and by Tuesday morning, they were here. Fixed it in under an hour. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He had some good advice for us that I'll follow and

Just came out to repair my A/C... Replaced the capacitor and had it running in less than 30 min. Very knowledgeable and professional. Checked everything to ensure no other problems were present and offered tips for preventing future issues. Most importantly, they made the effort to come out quickly. Very impressed.

I'll tell you the only thing you need to remember about B&J and the owner - Ben Garner. I had a very well known HVAC company come out to diagnose a noise coming from my outside heat pump unit. The well-known-company technician said my compressor was gone because the top of the compressor was 'hot'. His estimate was to either pay $3100 for a new compressor or install a new unit for 6 grand.
