Our A/C gave out on one of the hottest days of the year. The next day, it was fixed. The company I always use was busy and couldn't get to me until later that week. With a 14 month old and a HOT house, I was in desperate need. Then I found Sam at Service Medic. I called him and he swung by as he was on his way to another job. Sam installed a Trane split system and a Trane gas pack for me. His work was flawless and his prices were very affordable. Sam really cared about me and was acting in my interests. We were referred to Service Medic by a friend. Sam was super responsive and was out the next day to look at our HVAC situation after our initial contact with him. We felt that he was super personable and made an effort to ensure we knew what all of our options were. When making a large purchase like this, it can be difficult to trust the other party. We felt comfortable and trusted Service Medic throughout the whole process. It's been about a month or so since we replaced our unit and we couldn't be more satisfied with the airflow in the house and the overall service we received.

I was referred to Sam by my contractor. He ran a new gas line for me, repaired part of my AC unit, and cleaned my AC units. He is a very nice person and easy to communicate with. He showed my the problems that I had and thoroughly explained how he was going to fix them. He was late both times that he stopped at my house but he let know he was running late. I will definitely use Sam again in the future.

I called Service Medic and spoke to Sam the owner to get a new HVAC Heating & Cooling System installed. Sam & Adil came out the next day and installed a new Goodman unit in a day! They really helped me with this big cold spell we are having and really cant speak highly enough about their service. Highly Recommended! Thanks again for your prompt response and service.
