The principals of Midstate, Leon and Brenda Clement, have over 30 years of construction experience working on private residences to multi-million dollar commercial and military projects. We are a family-owned and operated business, handling our own payroll services, certified payroll, estimating, and project management.

Quality, scheduling and safety are as important to us as they are to you. We understand the need for timely project completion, working with other trades, shift work, and accomplishing zero (0) punch list.
We have always completed on time and within budget. We take great pride in training our workers in fall protection, scaffolding, and equipment use. Our site foremen carry 10 hour OSHA training. We are a drug and alcohol free workplace. We are certified in Dow Corning, Sonneborn, Versaflex, Euclid, Metzger McGuire, Tyvek, Parex, Dryvitt, Sikaflex, Stuccoflex and STO systems.
