Deceptive practices. Do NOT sign their Insurance Assignment Contract! Months after doing absolutely nothing in the way of repair they have sent a bill to the insurance company for thousands, thus effectively cancelling the owners claim.
They are being sued by several home owners taken in by their less than honest practices.
