After my husband died, I knew I needed a new roof and needed some help. After googling tons of roofing companies JMD. They were the least pushy, and the company that gave me the most information. They sent me an estimate with different quality of shingles explaining the different kinds of shingles. My favorite part, was that I could pick the color! It was great working with them and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or anything. Thanks JMD...

The roof does appear to be completed however no one did a walk around with me after it was completed. The coordination of this job was sub-par to say the least. The actual work performed seems to be proper at this time. So the experience was not a wonderful one but one that just got the job done. Repeated calls to the sales staff to ask when will the job start, required color for drip edge and when will I get more info on warranty. No communication of when the job was to start until items started showing up at the house. Dumpster just showed up at 7am April 13th with no notice. I had to call again

I needed to get my roof replaced or my insurance company was going to cancel me. I called a bunch of different roofing companies in Orlando for estimates. JMD Global Developers gave me a very thorough estimate and also explained and showed me how to compare estimates and how not all estimates are created equal.
