Capri Contractors, Inc. was in charge of the building of this two-story hotel commercial construction project. This was a build-to-suit the owner building and the contractor paid strict adherence to all construction specifications under the chain's guidelines. The specific details of the construction of this 39,000 sf, 85-room building include a hollowcore floor system, wood trusses and a concrete tile roof.
Capri Contractors was the general contractor and project manager for the quality conversion of this 31,000 SF former Days Inn Hotel located in Orlando, FL They transformed the hotel into private Two Bedroom Two Bath condominium units. Although this involved extensive work - including but not limited to all new drywall, fixtures, floors and the addition of kitchens - the project was completed in budget and on time!
Capri Contractors, Inc. completed the refurbishment of this professional medical office project. The builder was in charge of the complete interior renovation of over 2100 sf. The construction included 4 new exam rooms and a state of the art surgery suite. The building project also encompassed the replacement of A/C, Electrical and Plumbing.

We recently engaged Capri Contractor to build out a back patio and outdoor kitchen. We are extremely satisfied with our choice of contractors. We spent several months in the design phase where they presented multiple options for us to choose from. They are professional and very patient, as together, we continued to change and tweak the plans until we were completely satisfied with the layout and design of our new outdoor space. We recently had Capri complete a complete office renovation. I can’t tell you how happy we are. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. From concept into design, our finished space was so easy with their process. We met several times to plan what we wanted. The staff was great to work with given we needed a lot of help with design. We were then sent to various vendors who they work with. Working off our agreed-upon budget, each had a price range for us. You can stay within that or go above; it’s your budget.

Capri Contractors has worked with us to complete three projects over a 5-year period: master suite, family room remodeling, and kitchen . In all cases, we were impressed by the quality of work and the level of professionalism by Capri’s team. They worked with us to develop innovative design concepts and their suggestions always made the resulting projects better.
