Mark reached a cross roads in his HVAC career. The opportunity presented itself in 2007 to follow his dreams and open his own ac company. With 4 little ones, failure was and is not an option. Mark as well as his team of technicians are highly trained professionals in Service, Installation, & Maintenance of Commercial & Residential HVAC systems.
We contacted Duncan as we were not happy with our current contractor. George checked out our unit and we were very pleased with his service and professionalism. I need to extend my appreciation for Debbie as I spoke to her regarding our service after George was here and she handled my questions and concerns very professionally with a calm and very knowledgeable content.

I called Duncan’s air for a quote on relocating my two a/c units on backward for my pool snd pavers project, and since the time of call to the completion of the project, they did exactly what we agreed on it and the work performed was very professional, the technician was super friendly and on time, I will definitely be using Duncan’s air for regular maintenance and future projects, and will recommend to all my friends. The worker was cordial and explained exactly what he was doing. My garage was flooded after a previous repair man came to do the routine maintenance service on my AC. Your technician asked me about the location of an exit pipe outside of the house. He stated that he lo
oked outside and was unable to find it. He stated that he could attach a temporary drain pipe to the AC unit in the garage. This would stop the water from flooding my garage. I agreed. A bucket was placed under the pipe. He stated that I would have to periodically empty the bucket so that it would not overflow. It's now 9 am, almost

I called about 9pm last night talked with the answer service and got a call back from Jacob less than 15 minutes later. Jacob set me up for first thing in the morning, came out and got my ac running by replacing the capacitor fairly quickly. Jacob was very knowledgeable and friendly and now I will call Duncan for all my AC issues. Thanks again.

The team at Duncan's Air Conditioning has earned the five star reviews. I've had Duncan's install two AC units on my home. Each time the technicians were professional and proficient. When they quote a job, they honor the quote. Their follow-up service is excellent. I've called them late in the afternoon for service and they arrive before the day is done and fix the issue. All of their technicians are well trained. George, however, is one of those guys who can quickly assess a problem and find an immediate solution. He, and the rest of the team at Duncan's, are the best-of-the best.

In the past I had a warranty on a previous air conditioning system and the AC company that was contacted to provide warranty service simply refused to service my unit. I contacted the warranty company to request a different AC company to do the job, and I was referred to Duncan's Air Conditioning.
I have had absolutely wonderful service from Duncan's from day one. Everyone from the office staff to the repair team to the maintenance staff has always been friendly, professional, and given me confidence in all our interactions.
