Well left a message at 8 am for Lisa for servicing my ventless gas fireplace for the thermo coupler. Never received a call back so far I’m less than impressed but I’m going to give it 48 hours and then reach out to another company maybe they don’t need the business?

A/C went out on a Saturday, called the after hours line and they had a technician at our house in less than an hour. Travis was excellent. Professional and friendly, he had the issue resolved in half an hour. Very pleased with the service he provided.

I’m a longtime customer and Star still provides excellent customer service. Vernon just serviced 2 gas fireplaces. He was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The cost for almost 2 hours of professional care was less than I expected. Natural gas is a clean, warm way to supplement heating in older homes without redoing all the ducts but it can be dangerous if not maintained properly. I have peace of mind thanks to Star.

The whole staff at Star Heating and Cooling are excellent. Paul met with me on a Tuesday and got a idea of what me and my wife were looking for. He scheduled a appointment for the next day on Wednesday and gave my wife and I four options on a bid to choose from.
