Starting with the important part; these are your guys.
Our house was built with less than half the returns needed for the system. We had several folks come out and assess and give quotes, they all noticed the return issue. Joe and his crew had the best solution and were very reasonably priced. He laid out all the options and didn't try to over sell us on things.
Here's the kicker, every supply chain is feeling the strain from COVID, and our unit got pretty delayed. We had a kid due and were really trying to get this wrapped up before the due date. The delay meant that wasn't an option, so Joe

Mr Smithee from Vaughn Heating and Cooling was very professional and nice! He tended to all of the repairs that were needed. He took the time to clearly explain our heating and cooling system to us and answered all of our questions. Joe and his team are AMAZING! We noticed our AC went out when it’s 98 degrees outside. Our house was quickly in the 80s and we have a 4 month old baby at home. I called based on the great online reviews and he was able to squeeze us in. His guys were at our house right when they said they would be, they used an awesome app that tracked their location and gave me updates along the way. They added freon and quickly got our unit up and running again! 5/5 recommend Vaughn!

After trying to use another company (unsuccessfully), Vaughn was recommended by a friend and will now be who I use from here on out! Responds to calls/messages in a timely manner, great system for booking appointments, reminders and payments. He takes the time to discuss with you the issue and listens to you as well. Very knowledgeable and seems to truly care about the customer and his work far more than the previous company I reached out to. Highly recommend.
