These guys are awful. I've spent $60k~ with them this year installing an HVAC unit, humidifier, hooking up a drain on a bath tub. They've left me hanging more times than I can count, have caused numerous issues, and now are not willing to work on fixing issues I have with what they installed. Total joke.

I wish I'd found American Plumbing sooner. After PSI Vail caused flooding at my new home I hired American to repair the PSI damage. American did a great job and are generally more responsive and able to get by the house quicker versus PSI.

We need to replace both our water heater and boiler. Since we are new to the area, I researched a lot of companies. American Plumbing was one of the companies that was at the top of the list so I reached out to get a bid on replacement of our system. They were a no show for the first appointment. Since I understand that things can happen, I figured I’d give them another chance. A guy from the company did show up for the next appointment, but that is the only positive thing. We are new customers to American Plumbing and Heating and we are so happy to have discovered them! First our boiler went out and then we discovered a glycol leak in our radiant floor heating system. We did some local price comparisons and found AP&H to be relatively reasonably priced. Their service and attention to detail were outstanding. When they replaced the boiler, our boiler room was left in better shape than it was before. The glycol leak problem was solved with warmboards - a product we had never heard of until it was suggested by AP&H. What a great solution! Without exception, we found

I have worked with American Plumbing and Heating for the past year and a half. I am in charge of employee housing units and end up calling them all the time for all sorts of things. I cannot say enough good things about the company and it's staff. Everyone is kind, punctual, easy to work with and very helpful and accommodating. They have made my job much easier. We had American Plumbing do all the work on our bathroom remodel and they did a fantastic job! I also work with them professionally as an Architect and they are always a pleasure to work with. Their install is timely, pricing fair, and great customer service. If there are ever any problems after the project is complete, they are quick to respond and make things right. Highly recommended!
