Hi, Chris. I think of you and your company several times every day when I use the auxiliary sink faucet you installed a couple of years ago for our filtered drinking water. Our previous one leaked for a long time before we finally called. I just wanted to let you know that it gets a lot of use, continues to work beautifully, and we greatly appreciate the quality product you helped us choose and the quality installation you provided that continues to give us reliable service. Used them a few months ago, simple, easy, reasonable. Called a few days ago for an appointment today. I needed a washer/dryer disconnection and sink faucet install. They(2men)said they could disconnect but not really move the washer/dryer out of the way, so I cancelled that service. They installed the faucet but not the sink drain, so i couldn't actually run the water. Guess I needed to be extra extra extra specific, state the obvious, ie, I will need to move the washer/dryer to the side to be able to replace what was disconnected, I will need a drain to run the water from the faucet you installed
