Excellent company producing excellent results. I have utilized the services of Alvear Quality Painting for the restoration of my home after flooding by Harvey, and I couldn't be happier. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! They will play games with your checks, and always have an excuse to not pay you! They start off acting friendly and paying good but once the jobs almost done they start to play their games. We have plenty of finished work that we did not get paid for! They are very unprofessional and just all around horrible to go into business with. These guys are SCAM ARTISTS so stay away!

I would highly recommend Alvear Quality Painting. They painted the inside of our condo in the Montrose area. They did a phenomenal job. The owners, Joseph and Joselito, closely supervised the job and were always available by phone. The work crew was meticulous, courteous and professional and showed up on time every day. The cost of the work was higher than some other bids we received but the additional cost was well worth the quality of the work.

Joselito , Joseph and their crews did a great job restoring my house after Hurricane Harvey. I had a very unique plan for rebuilding the house in a flood resilient way and they executed the plan very well. All the craftsmen they had on the job were skilled and professional. The outcome exceeded my expectations. It was a fairly complex job with many different elements. Communication and coordination was very good. Prices were fair and the work quality was excellent. They are also very pleasant folks to work with. Highly recommend.

Joseph and Joselito are always very professional, timely and cost effective. We have used their services numerous times for minor patching and painting, complete painting of rooms, exterior mold treatment and painting. Most recently, Joseph came to our rescue the day we were moving out from our home when the movers put a hole in my wall, withing 24 hours the wall was patched, textured and painted - it was like nothing ever happened. Always efficient and happy to help. Would highly recommend! I feel safe leaving their crew in my home.
