Services
Larry Mikeska has been a resident of Katy for more than sixty years. He is a Katy High School graduate, former councilman, member of the First Baptist Church and most recently, a cancer survivor (woohoo). During football season, you'll find him under the Friday night lights with his grandson watching the Katy Tiger football game.

Larry came out and quoted the repainting of the exterior of my house. He scheduled the job. We had to adjust the start date due to weather a couple of times. He was very prompt in explaining why and when the estimated start time of this job would be. His painters are very professional and did a wonderful job in painting our house.

Totally unresponsive. I completed on-line form and never received a follow-up email or call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called a few days later. No answer. Had to leave a voicemail. Still haven't received a call back or email and that was almost a week ago. If they are too busy to take on new customers, they should say it on their website or phone message. This is no way to run a business.

We hired Katy Painting to paint the interior of our newly purchased home. Katy Painting was a dream to work with. Larry the owner was so responsive and easy to work with. The painters themselves took such great care while painting (all areas were well protected during the process), they were incredibly polite and professional and they always arrived on time and their work was top-notch. The exterior of our house required pressure washing, some siding repairs, some siding replacement (with Hardie Siding), and touch up painting. Katy Painting did an excellent job with all of this work. Some unanticipated work also needed to be done on our dormers and chimney. Owner Larry Mikeska gave us a fair estimate for this additional work. He even reduced the final price from this estimate because his crew was able to do this additional work in less time than he had estimated. Katy Painting is truly a professional and honest company.

Katy Painting has spruced up a few of my homes since 1999. Mr. Mikeska stops by several times a day to check on the customers and his crew. You will work with him directly from start to finish and the painters have been with him for at least 20 years. You cannot choose a better company. He really is the best! :)

We had our house painted and have been very pleased with the service. The painters did a wonderful job with the repairs, painting and clean-up. Larry the owner is very hands on and it is very nice dealing with a family owned business. I would highly recommend them.
