Branscome Incorporated is one of the largest heavy highway and general contracting companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. Branscome offers its clients a full range of construction services - from excavation and site work, to underground utilities and asphalt paving - as well as construction materials supply - whether asphalt, aggregates or ready-mix concrete.
Simon was founded 61 years ago in 1954 by James E. Simon. He was a man who liked to play with big toys - the messier the job, the better.
