In preparing to host for Thanksgiving, we wanted the carpet in our dining room; living room; office; stairs connecting the 1st and 2nd floor, as well as the 2nd floor hallway to be cleaned. There were four significant cat vomit stains, ranging in color from gray to light tan/orange to bright yellow. In the past, Ian Copeland from Louisville Carpet Cleaning & Flood Restoration has cleaned the carpet here for us twice -- once upon move-in in 2014 and again a few years ago. As per usual but with newer and faster equipment this time, he applied the cleaning solution and steam cleaned to fantastic results

Gotta give a HUGE shout out to Louisville Carpet Cleaning & Floor Restoration! They went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of my basement for the water leak and damage that I had. They came out immediately after I called and worked for days to make sure everything was cleaned up and back to normal. They were ALWAYS on time and their prices were good. Ian showed up on time and cleaned living room carpet as well as a stair case. The carpet was very dirty due to many years of high traffic build up. When he was finished it looked significantly better. I will use this service again and definitely would recommend them.

What a great experience we had dealing with Ian ad his team. After going through the nightmare that is a busted water pipe and flooded floors, we were pleasantly surprised with how great everything worked out. They squeezed us in their calendar and showed up right on time. Got the job done and we’re very thorough in their work as explanation of what happened and the remedies they took.

Ian was very understanding of my flooding situation and was ready to help. He gave me hope that we could restore my carpet and basement, and worked very hard to do so. Ian was able to work around my hectic schedule, as I was already trying to balance work and the plumbers coming to repair by busted pipes. My carpet looks better than before the flooding.
