I was extremely well pleased and impressed by Pfeifer Roofing. I had a small and elusive leak in the roof. The worker persevered until he found it, showed me a cell phone photo of the problem so I didn't have to climb into the attic, and fixed the leak. The charge was reasonable for the amount of time he spent on it.

Pfeifer Roofing was an excellent company to work with planning and executing our new roof. The crew was efficient and respectful of our property. They worked hard each day as we had two roofs to remove before the new one could be put on. Love the results! They sent a crew to put on the gutters and now is complete. Hector, the Service Manager, did a great job communicating with his crew and us. Highly recommend Pfiefer Roofing!

I have used Pfeifer Roofing on numerous occasions to fix issues on my roof (a roof not initially installed by them but by our builder 20 years ago). Every single time they send an efficient crew who do an excellent job and we have no further issues in that area. I could not be happier with their service. We are getting close to the end of our current roof's lifespan and when it is time to replace our roof, I will be calling Pfeifer for an estimate. The crews and individuals that completed our roofing job were fantastic. They did a great job on the roof and gutter replacement. They did a terrific job on cleanup everyday. Our fascia gutters were replaced and painted at a cost much less than the other estimates we received. The only problem we encountered was the scheduling: twice, the dispatcher called and canceled at the last minute. This was a terrible inconvenience as my wife or myself had already taken time off from work.

While it took a while for them to come out, they did an excellent job. The roof looks beautiful and is completely repaired. They even modified a gutter to further prevent future problems. The men were knowledgeable, capable, polite, thorough, and totally cleaned up the big mess that was created. They truly stand by their work.

I recently moved into a new home and reached out to other roofing companies and wasn't too happy with how I was treated or spoke to. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I am new at all of this and met with Tom to discuss quotes. Tom was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of. We had an exceptional experience with Pfeifer Roofing! We worked with Tom initially to figure out the quote. He was extremely knowledgeable, expedient and fair. The folks who replaced our roof were thorough and FAST. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions. The price was very fair and the owner, Trever, stopped by a couple of times to check the work. This company clearly takes a lot of pride in their work and it shows.

I hired Pfeifer Roofing, Inc. to inspect my roof and gutters for damage and function at the end of this winter. From the moment the clean white truck arrived I was impressed. The gentleman came to the door wearing a company uniform and introduced himself even before he got the ladder off the truck. After about 45 minutes the man informed me that the roof was in good shape but did need some minor repairs and my gutters needed a good cleaning. He provided me with an estimate for the work which I thought was reasonable. Two days later another crew of two men showed up to do the work. They too arrived
