Scott (was) very helpful in explaining options, choices and seemed unusually sensitive to and aware of my needs and concerns. One of the young men cleaning up the debris was alert to my difficulty carrying groceries and offered to carry the bag to the door, which I gratefully accepted.
We like using local people that do a great job, even under tough working conditions (snow, rain, ice). We are factory trained to install a wide variety of roofing materials and accessories for most building specifications & designs. I would give your crew an A+. They worked really hard, finished the job quickly, and took great care not to harm any plants. The yard was spotless when they left too. We were exceptionally pleased with the re-roofing job your company did on our home. We also appreciated very much the 'extras' you did for us (ie: adding insulation, installing the chimney flashing and putting RainTube in our gutters).

Couldn't even get them to quote, and they did the roof on this house the last time it was done, so they had all the information already. I called multiple times and was told I would have a quote that day or the next, never happened. Finally went with another company, Renaissance Roofing, who were great. I just called this morning to let them know I no longer needed a quote, something like 3 months after I should have had one, and after the roof was done by someone else.
I don't mind if a company is so busy they don't want to quote, but to keep promising and not delivering, that I do mind.

I had my roof installed a little over 5 years ago, and was told at the time that I had a warranty for my roof for 15 years. I should have checked my documents properly as I ended up not being able to find the documents.
Earlier this year, I found a leak in my roof and called them to repair it (as I thought I had the warranty). Was told that there was no warranty after 5 years and I had to call the company that made the roofing material if I had complaints (??). Makes no sense.
When I asked about inspections, they told me it was $250. Just for inspections. No free estimates or anything. Absolutely

I've been hearing some critical reports about Sprick Roofing since the recent change in ownership. We called them for a repair issue not long ago and at first we were having a bit of trouble with the work, but in the end they came through absolutely professionally. Highly recommend this new Sprick team as they seem to be getting into the groove very well after what may have been some initial stumbling. Incidentally the issue they fixed originated with work done by the previous Sprick outfit.

Three years ago, we used Sprick Roofing to do an extensive, complicated roofing job on an 1880's Victorian that is listed on the Historic Registry. The job was done when they said it would be done for the price that they quoted, and there were no complications. Over the past three years, the roof has held up beautifully, and although I know that's not much for a 40 year roof, it is impressive how quickly they've responded whenever we had questions. In fact, when we heard water recently and were worried that there might be a leak, they arrived the next day and determined the gutters
