I live in a four unit condo building and during the deep freeze we experienced in Chicago, a pipe burst and the ground floor condo started flooding. Water was literally pouring in from the ceiling. It was after-hours and plumbers were in high demand. I wrote down a set of phone numbers and started calling. Fortunately, DA Vinci responded to the call. Mike and his team were the only plumbers responding to our call for help with a busted pipe. He showed up at the time he said, fixed the problem and was pleasant and professional. I also recommended him to many of my friends who had pipes burst during the polar vortex. They said the same thing, Mike and his team are AMAZING! Thank you!

I'm reticent to give five stars to a plumbing company but Mike and his coworker were quick efficient and actually found the problem area that another plumbing company did not bother to find a few days ago leading to even more water damage. Mike came out the same day and was even slightly cheaper than the other company. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for my future needs (hopefully none).
