Check the main sewer if is in good shape without roots infiltration, with no shifts or broken section. Needs camera inspection for this type of checking. Check if all the water supply pipes in your house close to exterior walls, located in the basements with less than 50F are insulated. Keep the temperatures in all rooms in the house above 50F.

Our basement p trap was broken for more than a year. It had gotten to the point where water and sewage was backing up into the basement causing a horrible smell. This lasted for quite some time. BBP came in a gave me a quote that was far under what had previously been quoted.
They did a fantastic job! That wasn't the only job they did for me they also replaced my water heater. Again no problems I highly suggest you give them your business. You won't be disappointed.

I have used BBP twice. Once for a TERRIBLY clogged kitchen drain. Radovan came out & did such an amazing job, I had no problem calling them again and having Florin come out to replace a leaky sump pump pit. Both Florin & Radovan were very professional and did exactly what they said. Very neat & clean, never knew they were here. Radovan covered his shoes the minute he entered my house. Highly recommend, will definitely call them in the future.

Long overdue post. I used BBP plumbing about a year ago. They came out to provide a quote when no one else would...for free. I decided to schedule with them to put a pipe in the floor...since they actually were willing to come out to see the job rather than multiple phone calls/pictures/texts...plumbers forgetting who I am and having to follow up and go through the whole hassle all over again. Unfortunately we couldn't continue with the entire project but BBP did what they could.

Florin at BBP Plumbing is a fantastic plumber. He is honest, fairly priced and understands that plumbing issues are usually time sensitive. He promptly gave me a next day appointment, text us when he was 45 minutes away, and explained exactly what he was going to do and the pricing before he started working. I had a horrible experience with this company. Radovan was sent by Home Warranty of America. He diagnosed the issue as the wax ring having to be replaced. I was to pay $75.00 per the warranty agreement the wax ring was covered, he then goes on to tell me he is going to charge me $250.00 as a "toilet lifting fee". I told him I would not pay that and sent him away, not before writing the $75.00 fee for the visit,and I didn't even get the part. So now I am back to where I started having to hire a plumber . I have made a complaint through the warranty company and I will be filing a complaint with the

We had the displeasure of having Radovan at our house today to diagnose and repair an extremely strong sewage odor in our basement bathroom. BBP Plumbing was chosen to service this issue by our home warranty provider.
His "diagnosis" was that our floor drain (in a different room) was completely dry and that is what's causing the sewer odor. Never mind that (a) he assessed that the drain was dry (hint: it wasn't) from 5 feet away, while standing, and without removing the decorative cover from the drain, (b) I have the drain line from my condensate pump running to that floor drain for the EXPRESS

We had Bbp plumbing out for two separate occasions. First to diagnose a drainage issue in Our 2nd floor bathroom. Radovan was quick to respond and able to fix the problem right away. The second time they were out was to add a waterline for our fridge, again it was quick and they were able to complete the work very nicely. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I called BBP Plumbing on a Saturday with a small, but detrimental emergency leak in a pipe. Florin promised a window that same day, came during the time promised with a 30 minute heads up. He was courteous, quick and professional. He quoted me a very reasonable price for this repair, and completed the work very quickly. My pipe is no longer leaking, so I'd say the work was well done. I would definitely recommend them, and I will be calling them again for my future plumbing needs!

A friend recommended BBP/Florin and I am so happy i called! Have used his services twice now. Both times he did a great job! He was able to come immediately understanding the urgency, worked cleanly and professionally and at a very good pricing compared to the other companies i have used. On the first visit he had to come on a memorial day weekend - it was good to find out he does not have "special" rate for holidays nor weekends. Very nice guy and easy to talk to! We first used BBP plumbing for a major project at a three flat we own in Chicago. This included rebuilding our flood control system and installing a new sump pump.
