Amazing overall experience! We had a slight leak in our basement and was not sure what the problem was or the solution to fix. Brad quickly responded to my message on Yelp and even offered to stop by that same day. Brad showed up within the 2 hour time frame of our promised time and even brought his own shoe covers (yay to keeping our house clean!)

He showed up promptly on a Saturday morning with face covering and shoe covers. he asked couple questions to identify the problems before the work. We ended up doing the rodding and found the blockage is actually 20ft down our kitchen sink.
He completed all the work within one hour and the price was fair compare to other estimate we get. He also spot some issue on our existing plumbing (that the previous homeowner did) and made some suggestions. Brad

The floor drain in our laundry room backed up while the washer was running. I requested a quote through Yelp to have my sewer rodded from a few different plumbers. Brad from SBJ responded right away with an estimate and the time he would be able to come by that same day (Saturday.) I told him I was waiting for some estimates to come back. One company came by to do an estimate a couple hours later but they were unprofessional in their correspondence. I had an outdoor faucet running, it was not turning off. I searched on yelp and findSBJ plumbing. I talked to Brad and explained the situation, he was not free at the time, waiting for his kids to be dropped off. When he found out that I am very close to him, he came right away to put something temporarily to stop the water from running and gave me an estimate which was reasonable and told me that he can fix it next morning. He came next morning at the time he told me and took care of the problem. He is professional and very helpful. I will definitely recommend him.

We had a minor plumbing issue under the sink that was causing some flooding in the unit below us. We were able to get a hold of Brad right away and he was able come assess the problem immediately.
