Alex was recommended by a very good friend as a clean and very meticulous plumber. I needed a water heater along with verification that prior remediation work to correct flooding issues was acceptable. Alex explained the prior plumber’s work and why it was correct and should resolve the flooding issue. Alex replaced the water heater and recommended moving it a few feet to free up some space in the basement – the work was very quick, efficient and clean including removal of the old water heater. Alex also checked out the main sewer line with a snake cam and showed me it was clear. All the work

Called him on New Years Eve because my battery sump pump alarm was going off notifying me I had an issue with my sump pump. He was at my house in less than an hour. Alexander came for a service I paid him $100.00 for a service call he gave me a quote on how much would it cost me to change the drain system in my bathtub I agree on the $$$$ amount to fix it . so we decided when my neighbor will let us in to change the drain system from his apartment .he will come and fix it, I had called him many times to arrange time when he was available to fix it he was not available and stop answering my phone calls. sold me a quote for $100.00 and didn't want to do the job

We had really great experience with this service provider. It was very easy to set an appointment. Vendor found easiest solution to fix the problem. This solution saved us thousands of dollars other vendors asked us to spend on re-routing pipes. I would recommend this company for anyone in the region.
