We had a 50 gallon water heater that died. We were planning on going through Home Depot outsourcing but they said they couldn’t do the project due to space and said the best solution that they could offer was to downsize to a 29.5 gallon tank. We called Drain and Plumbing and rep said not a problem. Came earlier than expected, did the entire project without any issues and they were able to still use a 50 gallon tank. They found an issue with a dryer vent too and they handled it on the spot. Quick, effective, and extremely pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend and plan on using again in

Our main sewage line backed up and created quite a large amount of water in our basement. Within an hour of calling, Michael had managed to find time for him and another guy to come out and fix the problem. It took a couple hours, but they did a great job and got the water to go back down the drain. It turns out we had tree roots. By the way, this was all done around 7 PM on a weeknight. I would highly recommend Mike at the Drain and Plumbing.

Yuri was able to come out the same day and provide a free and comprehensive estimate for replacing hose bibs. He explained everything that needed to be done and how he would do it. Other companies wanted to charge for an estimate and they did not inspire confidence in being able to do, what seemed to be, a straightforward job.
As scheduled a couple of days later, Yuri came out and completed the job professionally and cleanly. Afterwards he took the time to demonstrate and explain everything that he had done. The cost was reasonable and I would use them again without hesitation.

I had never used this company before. Every year I have my pipes rotted out because I have experienced back up water in my utility room. I called and they were very responsive. They came when they were supposed to, and did a wonderful job. They thought that there would be a problem so they sent out someone with a video camera. He explained the problem and was very knowledgeable and professional. His name was Yuri and I trusted him implicitly. The two others were Yuri and Geri. All were very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

OUTSTANDING! I have called those 1-2-3 guys that brag that it is done... well, they failed.
