In the past few months, I did a lot of renovation in my home. Yet one thing stands out --- again and again, visitors who come to my house are blown away with our new floors! Krisztian did an excellent job at my Condo. I was looking for a modern vinyl that was durable and water proof and his recommendation was exactly what I was looking for. He quickly removed the old flooring and installed the new flooring by his proposed deadline. He's was honest and realistic with his quote and keep me informed on his progress as the project started. I highly recommend him for your flooring needs.

After some research of other companies, we hired KM Flooring to install vinyl in 4 bedrooms and living room, and replace the baseboards throughout the entire house. We chose Gleam by Lions Floor, and we love the soft gray. The installation is perfect, absolutely meticulously perfect. Every 5-star review is legit and so well-earned. We hired Krisztian to install new flooring in our rental condo that we were remodeling. Krisztian helped us pick out the appropriate flooring for a rental and found the most economical way to do it. I had a few ideas on how to do a few challenging parts of the project. Of course Krisztian found the most economical way to do it, I was skeptical at first, but it came out better than expected! He was on time and finished on schedule. I moved into the condo for a short time and could not even find an imperfection. The products are very durable and seemed impossible to scratch or dent. Wow! This company is amazing!! I was referred to Krisztian by a co-worker to upgrade the flooring in one of my rental units. There were several challenging parts to this project. He had some fantastic ideas all while staying within my budget. He spent 1.5 days just prepping the floors to make my unit perfect. The products he recommended to me were competitively priced and of the highest quality. He fit me into his busy schedule, showed up on time and completed the project right on time. Loving my new floors!

We chose KM Custom Flooring to refinish three bedrooms in our Spanish style house. Krisztian did a great job. He is very professional, friendly, and detailed. Great communication and updates on the progress of the job. He handled our home with care and gave a great touch to our new floors. He uses high end products and follows the promised timeline. We selected coffee brown finish. We can definitely recommend KM Custom Flooring.

Found Krisztian through a referral as I have some pessimism when it comes to contractor's and the like, willing to take my money and do the bare minimum.
Well this guy Krisztian is a breath of fresh air as his workmanship and work ethics went above my expectations. Even though he has 3 jobs in front of me he didn't cut corners, he's seems to be a perfectionist and knows his name is going on my new vinyl flooring.
I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Krizstian was amazing. We had our floors laid by another company. Our floors were more then half way done before we realized what a horrible job this other company did. We stopped them and had Krizstain come to our rescue to come fix our floors. He ripped up every single piece of flooring. Pulled out the damaged pieces and started to relay the floor the proper way. Made sure his lines were straight and the floor was level. Used the proper tools to make sure the floors did not get damaged. If the floor was the slightest bit damaged he pulled it and did not use it. He did take pieces where he could

I was more than willing to give this business my money to help me. I asked for a quote through the page but the owner was not willing to give me one without stepping foot in my house. (Adding steps for me to do business with him.)
Now I'm aware of hard sales and getting in front of a person for a better chance of selling the higher priced service. I asked for the range of a very specific job. Low price for best case and high price for worst case.

I had Kristian come over and take a look at my floors. I had a hallway, bedroom refinished and some repairs. Kristian made some suggestions to make my floors match the rest of the house which also brighten up the hallway and room. He did an excellent job and his quality in workmanship shows. He brought the beauty back of my natural oak floors and my wife was super happy to see the results. Thank you Kristian for all your help, hard work and dedication to my floors. When I'm ready for refinishing the rest of the house someday I'm sure you'll be the first one to call.

Kriztian did an amazing job on our floors! He had to tackle a job that was NOT easy...removing nasty carpet that had more than its share of pet smells from a sick cat. He was very clean, always cleaned up after himself everyday and NEVER left a mess. I feel like our whole upstairs has been remodeled just with the addition of our new floors. We'll be having him redo our stairs next!! Thank you Kriztian for making it a wonderful and easy experience!!
