Our service representative was prompt to our appointment, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My AC went out when it started to get hot earlier this year. Brians saved the day and the summer!! Working with Brian‘s was a great experience from the first phone call to the consultation to the installation. No aggressive sales pitches or scare tactics. They are very professional, honest, knowledgeable and an all-around pleasure to work with. They even told me that I might be going overboard with the size unit I was getting but I just wanted a beast of a machine. I keep my house at 68 year round. I was super impressed with the turnaround time and the quality of work. They do not cut corners
