Don and jimmy were great, they spent 6 hours here on a Friday night fixing stuff for what I thought was a simple service call. I would recommend them. They were courteous, patient and stayed until everything was in better working order. We had Shaun out to fix our blistering hot house when the AC quit today.
He was phenomenal. JoeCool was responsive and sent him out within two hours (at the very last minute). They arrived exactly when they said they would, keeping us updated on the time frame. Shaun walked us through the whole fix and continued to check and double check the system and all aspects of the repair.
We had a very unique system and repair and his due diligence saved us tons of money. Our system was giving one fault code but his experience and knowledge about repairs proved it was something else. We could not be happier with his services and have already scheduled a follow up for them to look at our water heater tomorrow - they can take care of all of your plumbing and AC needs and we could not be happier to get both services in one company!

Joe Cool did a great job today. Their communications before during and after were excellent. The technicians ( Buddy and Corey) were very professional and did a wonderful job. Everything was explained to me as what was going to happen and the cleanup and final walk through excellent. I would highly recommend Joe Cool if you need a new air and heating unit.

We recently bought our house and our air conditioner stopped working today late afternoon around 4pm. I immediately started searching companies. The first one I called didn't impress me so I called Joe Cool. From the initial call to the technician the service was amazing. The girl on the phone was very helpful and kind. She offered me a membership… that saved me money. The technician David showed up by 6:20 pm. He was very nice and explained everything to us and how our system works. Good evening, I called your company because a condenser fan stop working; the condenser started but the fan was not turning. Paul showed up and looked at the condenser, looked at the air handler, and then went to his vehicle to write "his observations." Paul came back and gave me a list of $1,492 to fix the unit and $5,013 to have it running at an optimal level. So, according to numbers quoted I rather get a new unit- it only makes sense after such estimate. Horrible company! Horrible customer . Installed a Ac in which they had to come service over 30 times. I called last year for service and I was talked to like a dog and then hung up on!! Now after a year the piece of junk still is having problems. Now they tell me to get SOMEONE ELSE TO SERVICE IT! BUYER BEWARE..DON'T USE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE! There are better companies out there!
