Vision Design and Build has always strived to be the builder of choice as a result of exceeding expectations through every step of the construction process. While attaining this goal for our clients, we have also been awarded some of San Antonio's most reputable design-build awards and recognitions.
A: Although hiring an architect is an option that you may consider, it probably is not your best option for most room additions. Rather, you should consider hiring a design-builder remodeler who has the experience and capabilities to design and build your project within your stipulated budget for two main reasons.
A: Vision will assign a personal supervisor with their email and cell phone information. Ask whom you should contact if the supervisor is not available. Get exact names and contact phone numbers for all persons who will be involved in the project. A: Vision will cover all time frames upon completion of scope of work and will discuss in person details.

Vision Design and build is one of the least trustworthy business in the city of San Antonio. They added an office addition to my home that was supposed to be judges panels on the interior. They Screwed it up so bad we had to put up our own wood paneling. I paid for a wooden sound proof ( as close as possible ) door. The door they installed was made of particle board, i called it out to the vision project manager Jonathan and he told me it was real wood. I had to show him the inside of the door to alert him to the fact they were trying to rip me off. They also took down my gutters and when adding

Let me start with the positives. Other than add ons that we requested, the project was delivered at the quoted cost. Ultimately, we ended up with a good product that we enjoy very much. Glad we did it then (2017) as it would probably be 40-50% more now!
On the less than positive side, after the contract was signed, Bryan showed little personal interest. His foreman quit in the middle of the job and he didn't even tell us. Little things that we had to intervene on were annoying. Chief among them was their plan to reuse old, water stained insulation rather than get new.

Our new project manager, Wade, was absolutely awesome! He stepped in and was able to complete a current project and correct errors with a previous project when the previous project manager seemed uninterested. Unfortunately, we were left feeling quite disappointed with the customer service experiences with Vision Design and Build and would not personally recommend them to others looking into a home improvement project.

Genuinely happy with Bryan and his team at Vision Design & Build. We were desperate for a home addition to our country home to accommodate the needs of our growing family. From the very beginning they came out and treated us with respect, and we were thoroughly impressed with their ideas of what we could do to suit our needs. 6 months later and on schedule despite over a month of rain in the spring of 2015, we were completely blown away at the quality of work and the craftsmanship in our new home.
