Bobo Design Build is an innovative design contractor that offers the ultimate full-service home remodeling package. Being a successful, design build firm has allowed us to remodel some of the finest homes in the San Antonio area since 1989. Project after project, year after year, Ken Bobo has proven to master the art of satisfying his clients by demanding only excellence from his team.
We will set an appointment to come into your home to tour the space, talk through your needs, wants, likes and dislikes. During this meeting we'll talk about design trends, budgets, and expectations. After the design agreement is signed, we'll draw a layout of the existing space, take measurements of your space and take photographs.

Had one consultation with them for a remodel. They wanted floor plans. I was going to be out of town so left my only copy of floor plans outside my house because I was told he’d pick them up right away. Came back from out of town and they were still there. Reminded him they were there. Days later he picked them up. Few weeks later asked when he could get back to me. Was told the following week. The week came and not a word. Left text following week. No response. I just want my floor plans back. Could have hired someone else. If your busy...fine. Say that. Don’t just ignore me!!! Do not recommend

Hiring Bobo Customer Builders to totally remodel our kitchen (all new cabinets, replacing the tile floor with hardwood, and installing all new appliances) plus remodeling our fireplace with a new tile surround and replacing all of carpet in our living room, master bedroom, formal dining room, and downstairs powder room was the best decision we could have made. They also replaced our wooden stair railings and balusters with an amazing wrought iron system. Not only did we have total control over the design and the products used but Bobo kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. Everyone

Everyone from design to finish out was extremely professional and detailed in mapping out our master bath remodel and in ensuring quality workmanship with quality materials at every step. We had a wonderful and informative consultation with Mr. Bobo and his staff. We worked with several other firms plus Bobo. Finally we decided not to proceed with the remodel as it was a bigger investment than we cared to make. Bobo's bid was very much in line with other good but quite apparently less skilled professionals than we encountered with the Bobo group. So 5 stars for the Bobo Custom Builders. And thanks for your hard work.

We had a wonderful experience with Bobo Custom Builders. Bobo removed a load baring post, scraped popcorn ceiling & painted, installed recessed lighting and more. We were very impressed with their attention to detail, clean work area (which is hard to do when removing popcorn ceiling), workmanship and communication. We worked very closely with Cody (Vice President), Robin (Project Design Coordinator) and John (Project Superintendent). They have a great team. Thank you for making this project seamless and an enjoyable experience. We will definitely use Bobo again in the future!

We used Bobo Custom Builders for a renovation project - we added a sunroom and an outdoor kitchen to our home and we couldn't be more pleased. The entire process from design to construction was first-class. Very detailed oriented and an extremely professional company. Our concept was to add onto our home and have the result look as if the original builder had planned it that way from the beginning and that's exactly what happened. The owner of the business, Mr. Ken Bobo and his team of experts are the best!

Called McNair Custom Homes for a bid on repairs to my homes roof causing interior water damage in my office. McNair doesn’t do repairs unless it’s their built custom home. They suggested another name Bobo Builders but wouldn’t know their workmanship. Called Bobo & spoke with assistant Kelly & owner Ken who would visit. Eventually Ken came out but didn’t get on the roof to inspect or measure as just looked from the ground. Then went inside & looked at offices interior water damage where he just took a few pics. He said he would get me an estimate after speaking with his roofers. Waited weeks

We hired Bobo Custom Builders two years ago when we had our three bathrooms remodeled. We liked the thorough process Ken Bobo and his team used when putting together our project specifications as well as the detailed information we were provided from the beginning project specifications to the forecasted calendar and the superintendent’s daily oversight. The superintendent kept the remodeling project running smoothly and on time as well as ensured tradespeople arrived as promised. Two years later, we are still very happy with our renovated bathrooms.

Very disappointed. I am trying to have a kitchen remodeled in one of the apartments I own and scheduled a meeting with Ken at 8:30AM on Wednesday 11/12/14. His company called the day before to confirm the appointment, which I felt very good about. It made me believe I was dealing with a company that had its act together.
On the morning of the appointment, my husband and I were both at the apartment, but Ken was a no-show. At 8:50AM I called his office to find out what happened. They said they would call Ken and get right back to me.
