We reached out to the business from our current service provider because we needed two new units. The entire process was easy and painless, this company stands behind their work. The company is professional, provided information and options. The work was completed in three days and over delivered. This is a owner/operator so you will work with the same folks every time!!! You will not see a new persons every service call, which was important to me and my family.

Shawn came out to assess a faulty system and had the problem diagnosed in no time. Unlike most home repair companies I've had in the past, Shawn never tried to upsell me. He gave me all my options, laid out the pros and cons of each option, and went above and beyond to hunt down a replacement motor that he could install that day (should I choose to go that route)
Instead, I decided to get a new system (mine was already 15 years old.) They loaned me a couple of window AC units to make sure I didn't bake while they got the parts in (this was in the peak summer heat). On top of

Very impressed with Air Velocity service. The guys Bill & Shawn were amazingly helpful to us. We had a problematic unit and a second unit needing service. They got the second unit working to it's potential and replaced the bad unit. Everything went smoothly and the guys were very efficient with their time. I will have them service my two units from now on. Great Job guys.

I can't say enough about the great service I received from Air Velocity. I called them for a quote on replacing a 32 year old heat pump and air handler. They responded quickly and provided me with 3 different options to fit my budget. Bill and Sean did all the work themselves and were both very knowledgeable, punctual and honest. They finished the installation in one day and were a pleasure to seal with from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for reliable heating and air services.

Air Velocity has been servicing my house for the past 1.5 years. Very impressed. The company installed a new HVAC system with 2 zones. Best price in the area. I spent about 15 hours researching different companies for price, respect from customers and industry professionals. Air Velocity was the best. They also installed a gas line for a new stove. Been working well and again best based on a new round of research. Customer service has also been fantastic. Company is quick in their responses and always spends the extra time making sure I am satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Bill is great! He's helped me out twice now! Last year we needed our upstairs unit replaced. It was a holiday weekend and he got it done quickly for a fair price! This year our downstairs AC went out 2 days ago. He sent someone the next morning and I had AC again that day. They work hard and do great work. I highly recommend these guys!!

Called them. They come out and spent 5 min to tell me I needed a new compressor. They also turned the unit off at the circuit breaker and didn't turn it back on before they left. They charged me 85.00 and did nothing. Had another Co come out. They said the compressor was fine. Glad I called them, Air Velocity was going to charge me 2K just for a compressor. I'll never use Air Velocity again.
