Thank you Pacific Bath for the beautiful walk-in shower that you installed. Yes, it takes awhile to get scheduled after paying. Yes, it's expensive. But, it's beautiful! The work was done in two days like promised which in my book is a big deal. There was, inadvertently, a wire damaged in which we lost power in our office. This was discovered the next day, Thanksgiving Day. I called the company and was able to leave a message and hoped to receive a call back first thing Monday morning after the holiday. I received a call the next day, and Saturday, the problem was fixed. The

I have been looking into redoing my bathroom in my house. It's a builder grade fiberglass bath/shower combo. I'd like to have a walk-in shower with doors and a few higher end features like body jets, a rain showerhead and a finish that is something other than fiberglass white. While the existing shower works just fine, I think this upgrade, in addition to being something I'd like, could help the equity of the home later if I ever should move.

Another example of how EXCELLENT customer service can change your mind when you feel like you're going to have to go to battle to right a wrong.
My parents contracted with PBC for a replacement shower. There were a couple of mistakes which resulted in the shower they brought to install being too big. A replacement was ordered, but it would take about 6-weeks. My parents decided to go in a different direction and canceled the entire project. They were told they would be charged a $2700 "restocking" fee. My parents spent much of the day yesterday trying to get this fee waived

A good friend had her bath replaced by Kohler and Pacific Bath with a step-in bath, so I knew their work was professional and beautiful. I was very happy to find out they could also do a step in shower...and do so in 2 days! So much better than having a crew in and out of our home for 8 weeks! Replace an existing tub with a Kohler walk-in bathtub work was done on time professionally the team was courteous cleanup was great all repairs to the wall surfaces were done tub worked perfectly completely satisfied and the tub is great what a wonderful experience being able to sit upright and have a nice hydrotherapy massage going on. Both my wife and I have asked you arthritis in her back in her knees and what a soothing experience this is. We just don’t have the mobility to get out of a regular tub or into one for that matter safely but this tub does the job

The two workers that came to install the new walk in shower where really nice and polite and did good work. But, they showed up with the wrong shower heads, which I went ahead and accepted. The removable bath bench has still not arrived, and it has been 3 months since it was ordered. This company took a very long time to get the project going. The communication with the office was deplorable. The only time we got updates as to where our materials were and when the project was going to commence was when we called in. The last time we had to call in, it was either to tell them to make us a priority

The guys were wonderful, cleaned up as they went, very respectable and worked well together. Very professional and HUMAN. They did a great job, thoughtful, patient and if they came across a problem, they did not make excuses they just moved forward and fixed it. I would recommend them to all my people I know.

I give a grade of 4.5 for the following: Although the remodel wasn't quite what we wanted, it all worked out in the end, got 2 niches instead of 1. Downside of the project was we couldn't use shower until a week passed. Doors were not usable and had to wait for work to be done on original niche. Also no contact from anyone about the project, I had to call to see if anyone was interested in our experience.

BEWARE!! This company seems to make a living off of taking advantage of the elderly community. They sent a saleman to my Grandmother's home, and got her to sign a contract, and pay a downpayment for a tub that was not within her budget. When she took the time to discuss with her family, she quickly called back and cancelled the tub. However of the $6K+ downpayment, they only returned $1800. The $4700 amount they kept and claimed it as a "restocking" fee. Except the item was never taken out of stock. Upon futher review of the contract signed, the majority of the pages were signed

Safety was evident as everyone followed Covid Protocol.. Everyone wore a mask! They were knowledgeable, professional and efficient! I had Pacific Bath come out to gut my old shower system and install a new Kohler shower system in Cross Cut Dune with the nickel fixtures. They were quick, professional, and the finished product is even nicer than I expected. It has been about 8 mo. now and I like it just as much as the day the install was completed. It was just the reno that the bathroom needed to make it sleek, attractive, and modern while still organic. This wasn't a cheap way to go, but the quality is excellent so far.

After calling Kohler to learn about the LuxStone product, we received an in person verbal quote from Pacific Bath. The quote was shockingly high but sometimes we are willing pay more to get more. Two days later I received an emailed quote that did not itemize where the money was going and what all the costs where. The quote basically had a generic description of the job and no prices for individual items. All the qoute had was a list price for a WIS (walk in shower?) . I have looked all over Kohler's site. I had the wonderful opportunity to purchase a Kohler walk-in shower with the Lux stone walls and glass doors. The two installers, Michael and Robert, were very professional. They did an amazing job installing and the finish work. They answered all of my questions, and when they were removing a wall portion, they discovered a second wall behind it. They both have a great sense of humor and provided excellent craftsmanship at the same time. I have proudly shown my new shower to friends and family. I would highly recommend Pacific Bath and the installers, Michael and Robert.

This company is the worst in a sector of the remodel construction industry where they are all bad. This company does not complete their work! They leave your bathroom unusable for me a COMPANIES THAT REDO SHOWERS ARE EXTEREMLY was upset but there manager seems to be going in the correct direction. We had a tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower. The products were presented as top quality, backed by Kohler and a lifetime warranty. Their literature claims their goal is to make each customer a "Raving Fan"!
Well, I can say this is all BS!
The final result was an amature install, with wrong sized products, mismatched finishes, inferior cuts, caulk joints and stock/standard glass doors rather than custom as had been promised upon purchase. Their customer service is non existant, their attitude toward resolving issues is definately not based on the needs or desires of the customer

My Dad was looking to have a walk in shower installed to aid the aging process. I recommended Pacific Bath Co. after seeing their advertisements. From the first visit with their sales associate to the end of installation today it's been a great experience. Their installers Brett & Mikey worked amazingly together. All the floors were covered with tarps & they constantly cleaned up & removed any debris from the job site. Their plumber T.L. was quick & efficient working with them throughout the first day. This was the first part of the renovation for a family bathroom. The Kohler product is great - not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. The entire process, from the estimate to the final installation was first class. I believe it was only about 4 weeks from estimate to final install - and the shower bases are custom made to fit. While they promised a two day installation - ours was completed in one. Everything was completed in a neat, clean, and workman-like manner. We have been using the shower for over a week now and could no be happier with the end product. The company does a good

I retired from the construction and facilities management fields and can say without hesitation that this company delivered on all aspects of the project, from the estimate given by Jason, the scheduling done by Melissa, to the work executed by Shane Baltus and Josh Hammers, as well as the the plumbers who took care of their end. At no time did anyone with this company attempt to up-sell us, nor were there any surprises along the way.
The work was professionally done and we were kept informed of progress
