Master Painters has been a local painting contractor since 1986 working in and around the Virginia Beach area. Harvey D. Rogers, founder, owner and operator started Masters Painters in Portsmouth, VA and moved the business and his family to Virginia Beach in 2000. Having worked in the industry for more than 20 years, Harvey understands dignity, integrity and honesty are just as important as the services Master Painters provides.

The painter was on time and painted my entire laundry room, which is a bit challenging because of the furnace and some hard to get at places. He did it fairly quickly, but did a nice job. The room looked terrific when he was finished. He was so pleased with the transformation that he gave me a hug afterwards.

We had a good amount of interior painting that needed to be completed at our new home and Harvey and his team were wonderful! They were on time, curtious, and did a great job. Now our house feels like our home with colors that we like! Their price was very fair for the work that we were having completed and their quality exceeded it. We will definitely be hiring them again if we need to do any exterior painting down the line!

Let me start off by saying that I am a person who is difficult to impress. I have very high standards and expectations of contractors and most of time, I hope that the job gets done properly without too much hassle. Harvey just finished a big job at my house and I must say that he is the best contractor that I have ever worked with. He was punctual, professional, and reasonable. He put up with my changing needs even in the middle of the job and delivered a superior result within budget and on-time. He even came back to fix damage to the paint caused by the movers for free. He is truly a professional

Harvey and his team did a wonderful job! The estimate was very reasonable for the job we were having done. We thought it would take two days to complete, but the crew he sent out finished it within the day. They came in ready to work and our 2-story foyer and ceiling look brand new! We highly recommend Master Painters for any interior painting need!

This was my second time using Master Painters and I was fully satisfied with an excellent job on both occasions. Their prices are very affordable and Harvey, stopped in throughout the day to check the work to insure that everything was moving smoothly and that I was satisfied. When they were finished everything was cleaned and the rooms left spotless.
