Could not be happier. Owner Tim is great to work with and our crew Jake and Ted were beyond pro. Super careful and helpful and their work is outSTANDing. Took extra care to not ding corners and walls with equipment and educated us on what they were doing. Very cool process, and truly dust-free. Highly recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend Mr.Natural Wood Floors. I just keep staring at my new refinished floors, they are just beautiful! Matt was so friendly and knowledgeable, he sanded a piece of the floor and than he put different colors of stain so I could see the exact color it would be, he was very patient. He was very meticulous! On a 5 star rating they would definitely get a 10!!!

We hired Mr. Natural to install hardwood flooring in our addition. We already had hardwood flooring in our house and they had to tie in the new with the old floors. Then they sanded and refinished everything and it looks amazing! You can't tell where the old floors end and the new begin. We are extremely happy! We would highly recommend Mr. natural.

Mr. Natural Wood Floors owner, Tim, and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish! They were on time, worked long hours, were very polite, and left our cottage very clean. It was a pleasure to deal with Tim as he was always very responsive to our questions and concerns.
Mr. Natural refinished our existing maple floors and added new maple flooring. The craftsmanship is excellent and the results are beautiful!

Tim with Mr. Natural Wood Floors in Manistee was great! Within 24 hours from my first call to him, we had a written estimate and a scheduled date to complete the work. It was somewhat challenging since they had to "blend" a kitchen and 1/2 bath wooden floors with new floors being installed in our living room. They look seamless!! Job well done........

Mr. Natural did an amazing job on my floors and was very helpful to make sure I liked the color of my stain by performing a pre-stain test and allowing me to look at it first. Tim, the owner, worked with my schedule and was very responsive with all my questions. His team was a delight to work with and have in my home.

Tim did a great job on the wood floors for our house. Tim put in 5 inch red oak engineered flooring. He carved out extra time in the project so we could see several stain colors on the installed wood and make a final decision. The color we chose looks beautiful and the finished floors enhance the rooms. Tim also sanded down original flooring in our family room and restored it to its natural beauty. We would highly recommend Tim and Mr. Natural Wood Floors to others.
