Impressed does not begin to explain my experience today. Kevin and James were incredibly respectful and professional the entire time they were in my home, from keeping the snow outside to vacuuming once they were done. The beautiful finished product is inarguably indicative of their craftsmanship and dedication to the installation. Our Bay View Flooring experience was great! It started with an outstanding salesperson, Jodie, who was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She assisted us during several time consuming visits as we considered many hard floor options.. She was always supportive, patient, and quick to respond to our calls seeking information. Our installers, Kevin and James, were also great. Kevin was especially a careful meticulous professional who has high standards, like we do. The floor is perfect and stunning! We highly recommend Bay View Flooring Center for their good prices and excellent service.

My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with Maggie and Bay View Flooring. We are new to the area and desperately wanted new flooring throughout our house prior to the arrival of our moving van. By the time we closed on the house, picked out flooring, and had a date from the moving company, the schedule was very tight. Maggie worked some magic and got the product shipped to TC and a crew lined up for the install before our drop-dead date. It was an amazing effort, especially given the challenges of the times we’re in.

We were so lucky to go to Bay View Flooring and Design Center They at Bay View are lucky to have Ben and Tom. . Jodie is the lady to talk to! She can give you chapter and verse about rugs, laminate and timing.
If you are looking for a couple of perfectionist to do your floors, have I got a recommendation of the 2 best workers I have ever seen. Ben & Tom worked so hard making our floors in our living room beautiful! It took two days to get the floors evened out so they could put the laminate down. I am so impressed with their work ethic and dedication.
