I don't have enough superlatives to describe how absolutely phenomenal the Berkley crew has been! After getting discouraged talking to a number of other companies in the construction field, Berkley's easy communication and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air and I won't be working with anyone but them on any future project.

After a terrible time with another contractor, we found Berkeley Construction on Yelp and wanted to find someone local. Keith Berkley is a no nonsense, honest, and knowledgable business owner. I have uploaded screen shots of out text conversations. So everyone can see for themselves. I thought I found a great business in the beginning, they were responsive,punctual, and friendly. They worked with me to make sure they new what I wanted. They sent me over a quote and I agreed to it. I was told it was a 2 week lead time for the door to come in and I was OK with that. We recently had some foundation work done by Keith and his team. The project manager Robert was excellent. He kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and all work was completed on time.
We kept finding small things that we wanted to add to the quote. Keith and Robert quickly and efficiently provided us with quotes for the extra work and got it completed within the promised time frame.

Our house was built in the 1950s and it desperately needed a facelift. We had also recently completed a room addition in the back of the house and the designs did not match. The transition between the two parts of the house was blaringly obvious. We needed to have the old siding replaced, a large portion of the stucco re-done or repaired, some electrical as well as various smaller cosmetic changes.
