We had two rooms with very grungy carpeting - many years of child traffic, i.e. a lot of dirt carried into the house and a lot of spilled everything. I wasn't expecting any miracles but Tom got them as clean as they're going to get. No one could do better, and we don't have to replace them. And the dirt DID NOT return after the carpets dried! Top notch.

Cannot say enough about Tom's Carpet Cleaning Services. In the years past I have chosen to 'do it myself' by renting a carpet cleaner from one of my local grocery stores to save time and money. While this gets the job done in a quick and cheap fashion, I often said to myself "I should have spent more time or hired a professional".
After conducting some initial reasearch and calling around speaking with some professionals, I quickly was drawn to the professionalism that I received from Tom's. A good attitude, not fake trying to sell me, goes a long way. This combined with a honest and fair price
