I had an appointment for Tuesday October 12th but for some reason I thought it was booked for Tuesday October 5th. I called Fiber Tech and spoke with Julie. I explained I had this planned with work, I had moved my furniture around, was all prepared for this etc. Julie was extremely understanding and so professional about MY misunderstanding. She called the carpet cleaner guy who’s name is Mike and asked if he could still do it same day. She called me back and confirmed they could. He arrived not even 30 minutes later and the whole process took about 45 minutes. I have a one bedroom apartment

I recently used FiberTech to clean the carpets and a large wool area rug in our newly purchased house before we moved in. We were on a tight schedule and set up the appointment last minute.
Jim Flannery was incredibly helpful and came in at an early time to make sure our carpets were cleaned and dried before our movers got in. He did a great job and was very friendly, professional, and flexible locking up for us when he left as we couldn't meet with him when he had finished.
Everything is so nice now, he got the rust stains out of the carpets where the metal bed posts had been and everything

Jim was incredibly courteous and professional. He did a great job with our carpet and rug. He attempted to go the extra mile to help remove some tough set in stains. He had an issue that forced him to reschedule with me but worked around my schedule and even offered me a discount for the inconvenience. It's that kind of customer service that is hard to find. Highly recommend

Fiber-Tech was a pleasure to work with. Fair price and excellent quality of work. I was getting carpets cleaned in several rooms of my home and had some specific scheduling requirements--they accommodated and even made it work when I needed to make a late notice change. I really appreciate the great work that was done and effort extended to accommodate my schedule. I would recommend Fiber-Tech to anyone and would certainly use again in the future.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Fiber-Tech and am thoroughly pleased with result and price. I like to know at least good estimate of price for services in my home as there is nothing worse then the companies that bait you with some cheap promo to then becoming the most expensive company with add ins. I have found in past certain services use this approach namely carpet cleaning, vent cleaning (they might be the worst of all of them). I was wanting my upstairs which has 4 bedrooms, a hall and stairs as well as large basement cleaned. For this I thought it would be reasonable to be in the
