An extrodinary place that builds community and wellness for military familes transitioning to civilian life and adaptive athletes training for their outdoor sport. Assessment of Community needs and conceptual design for a new facility to serve the community. The Stephen G Terrell Recreation Center will be the newest indoor community recreation center to offer much needed services to the City of Allen, Texas and the broader community.

A theme of simplicity resulted in clean forms with roof lines that match that of the Wheatlands neighborhood. The Bridge Sports Complex is designed to serve as a regional competition athletics facility along with being a community asset to enhance the lives of the citizens of Bridgeport and the surrounding region.

The Waggener Farm Park project is the first phase of a Parks Master Plan that was conducted in Berthoud, Colorado. An extensive renovation and expansion to build upon the Center's successful programming for active adults. The Carla Madison Recreation Center in downtown Denver is the first urban community recreation center in Colorado.

With over 15 years of architectural experience under his belt, Daniel is an expert at working with teams to address the unique challenges of each project and keeping them on track for success. Jason coordinates with consultants, compiles a great set of drawings and researches new marketing opportunities-all in the same day.
Amanda is an enthusiastic designer who whole-heartedly believes that good design should be informed by environmental circumstances and programmatic needs. Constantly striving to simplify and enhance people's interactions with the built environment, Andy enjoys working within the constraints and oddities that accompany every job.

This year BRS headed to Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA for a camp-themed office retreat in the Rockies! The University of Kansas School of Architecture and Urban Design visited BRS today for a tour and presentation from several KU alumni in our Denver office. Our interns get a syllabus to keep them on track, and we take them hiking and camping to get off track.
Recreation centers are the heart of activity for the citizens of a community. We pioneered dramatic transformations in community rec center design with our earliest facility in the 1970's-and yet those early designs continue to draw communities together.
