The food was very interesting! Flavors nicely paired. Would have given 5 stars but they were sticklers about the 90 minutes we were there even though table next to us was seated before us and hadn’t left yet.

Amazing experience at LittleMad! For a party of 2, we got super full from all of this food. We sat at the table next to the host stand and the hostess was so sweet and friendly! Our server was attentive and wonderful and the manager in the red dress was so lovely. Food was described in detail every time the plates were dropped. The flavor in every bite was soooooooo delicious!
Our top favorites were definitely the Hamachi and mandoo!!! Must haves! Hope to return here soon. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Solid restaurant with interesting Korean twist. Everything we got was really exciting and service was impeccable! We really like beef tartare, yellowtail, pork ear salad, Berkshire pork, noodle, and rice. These plates are meant to be shared, so about 2-3 dishes per person are appropriate.

One of those rare experiences in life where you get new flavor combinations that you couldn’t have thought of yourself. Of course there’s also the wagyu, caviar, truffle toast that’s a flavor combination I’ve had many times but could eat all day everyday. Everything was delicious and inventive. The service was also impeccable. The type of restaurant experience where it feels like the staff is extremely passionate about the food and about what they do. I’d come back here anytime.

Delish dinner. Great fresh flavor combinations. Don’t Miss the duck noodles and the fried mushroom- it came with the most delicious onion dip in an onion with a tiny garden on top. Service was impeccable and food was so beautiful. Excited to go back and order all of the things we didn’t get to in this round.

The dining experience at LittleMad makes me think how I am tired of the high-end Korean food scene in NYC.
Don't get me wrong - It has been amazing to see a lot of great high-end Asian restaurants in NYC led by young and ambitious chefs, which really changed the old stereotypes about Asian food (cheap, quick and not fresh). However, with so many new Korean restaurants in NYC, maybe it's time to also think beyond the sort of korean + french fusion food with some Japanese and Chinese influence?
I've seen way too many of this type of Korean restaurants in NYC now and eating at these places really

$27 for two chicken wings yeah I was a little mad…
The wagyu was the only dish we actually enjoyed.
Yellowtail - not as fresh as you would expect from this kind of venue
Pig ear salad - a bit hard to chew; thought it would be crunchy on the outside and tender / juicy inside, but no
At this price point there’s certainly a lot to improve… And I miss ON (what this place used to be)

Overall this restaurant was not bad and instagramable but I don’t think I’ll come back again.
I feel like most of their dishes were either too oily or too fatty. Like the Maitake Tempura came with a onion cream dipping sauce, it was literally like dipping oil into fat.
So as the toast. the toast was loaded with truffle, caviar and wagyu, very heavy combination. In addition to that, they put cream sauce and fried toast under that which made this dish even more heavier.
