I was dreading having to look for another vehicle. I googled certain criteria and luckily I came across Texas cars direct. I was able to view their inventory online and I was even able to pretty much purchase the vehicle online. Since I work unusual hours that was a huge plus for me. It was cleaner and tighter than any of the others I tested - not to mention the service I got from Ami and the crew. I was blown away by the service I got and ultimately, the car I purchased. I filled out the required information on their web site about my car that I was trying to sell to them. The system TWICE changed the mileage on my car that I had filled in after I'd gone on to the next page. I caught it the first time, but not the second. Purchased a 2008 Mercedes in 2009. The vehicle turned out to be a great buy with very minimum issues. What concerns me now is, the left turn signal socket needs to be replace and the part cannot be found anywhere. The Mercedes dealership is telling me it's an after market product and they don't carry it. It can be found anywhere on google. I called Texas Cars Direct and they have no idea. This is my favorite place to car shop...Even if I lived in another state I'd shop here and have the car shipped (as many of their customers do). I'm that impressed with their process. I bought a sedan here almost 3 years ago and they suggested a great mechanic and an extended warranty. My maintenance cost have been reasonable to date (when dealer maintenance costs are outrageous).

This car was super easy to buy. The show room warehouse was clean and all the cars in there looked amazing. Mike Creech A super patient with me while I asked a million questions. He was very chill and calm which I appreciate because a lot of salesman at big dealerships are pushy for a sale. They don't follow you around, they let you explore the floor and if you see something you like they'll pull it out for you to drive. I found the car on Carfax.com. I was in and out of there within the hour. I got the car I wanted at a great price and I feel pretty happy about the experience.

He was amazing and was always there for any questions we had. We showed up right before closing on a Friday to look at 2 vehicles I had seen online. By far the best place in the US to buy a Mercedes. Just got another. They don't mess around with pathetic after market warranty companies. The prices are set, so you can buy the car and a warranty and still leave with equity in the vehicle. They will provide you a shipping company and in less than 5 days you have your car. It's so much easier than dealing with any car dealership that uses the line "why don't you come in and test drive it?" Maybe because I don't want to waste my time.

I bought a 2011 Mercedes-Benz GLK 354 Matic from them little did I know that this car had so many problems one week into buying the car I had to replace the transmission, serpentine belt, idler pulley, among other things that are already wrong with the car it was my mistake buying the car in the first place but they definitely jacked up the price for a car that was not worth it at the time the car was running fine but as soon as I pulled off the lot all hell broke loose...just Incase people want to know.

I was contacted by Kyle after posting this. They did apologize regarding the issues with the car confirming that they do have superior customer service as they could have easily ignored me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I have bought around 15-20 cars from various dealers in the past and they are one of the best. I have been unlucky with this particular vehicle but I do not think it was intentional on their end.

Texas Cars DIrect has poor communication and customer service. I was told over the phone that a vehicle wouldn't be ready until the end of the week. I was told to call back--no offer to take my information or anything. When I did an "availability check" via the site, I was contacted by a rep who did not return my messages. In the meanwhile, the car was sold and I had to call back to find out. At this point, I finally get an email back from the rep I had emailed/texted. Worst place my husband and I ever had to deal with, I get they don't haggle even though we tried but these guys have zero interest in selling cars.
