I brought in my vehicle in regarding a seat that no longer fold. Latch is not broken part has failed. The Sienna is brand new with less than 5k miles. I have never left a bad review, this is my first. I had an appointment, explained my concern when I made the appointment. Service advisor Jonathan was pretty rude. I was advised to leave the car for the weekend although they had 10 vehicles available and no rental will be provided. Last time I checked, warranty issues you keep the car your provide a rental. I suggested to bring car next week, again he said rental would not be covered although vehicle

Had taken my vehicle in last week for an alignment and warranty repair upon picking up my vehicle I noticed a lot of my stuff was scattered everywhere didn't think much of it. Upon further discovery I noticed they stole my credit card gift cards and my passport that were in my center console. I was inquiring about a Toyota Tacoma the sales rep I was working with was extremely friendly but after this experience with thieves I will not be spending a dime at this location I will take my business elsewhere.

This is a follow up review. Chris cokonis and Gary kamoshida helped with smog test a few years ago. This week was the first smog test since the issue. I passed the smog test thanks to their great follow up service. I really appreciate the extra their effort This an example of two employees that made the extra effort to solve a problem and resolved it and left with a more than satisfied customer. Most horrible Toyota Dealer !! Egotistical and prejudice employees. Definitely last time I come in for any type of service!!! Still haven't followed up since the last incident or an apology for my African American people over your employees comments or an attempt to rectify the incident!! Mark , Danny , and Tony gave me an arduous time this morning. Guillermo and Mel were exceptional. Mark @ 8:32 sped towards while moving a vehicle forward after a small dispute we had. At 8:34 when I went to tell Danny of the incident they all laughed at me as if I were a mad man !!!check the surveillance

I took my car in for a routine service let alone I just renewed a six months maintenance contract for $400 which is only three visits . I was unhappy with the service that was provided my car was left with plastic inside and A plastic head cap. To top it off they took all my coins and left mostly only pennies. They can have the change but the fact that my property was stolen is A BIG ISSUE. Toyota of downtown LA managers needs to fix that issue to comply with there costumer satisfaction motto.

Absolute thieves. Call them what they are. Learn from my mistakes and don’t get service from these thieves. The bad experience started from the first time I called them. As soon as they got a hold of my number, they started harassing me at work with terrible offers to buy my car. They texted and called me. Before going to them, I had already run the diagnostics and knew the exact issue was the car detected a loose gas cap. Brought our car in for a diagnosis was told the cost would be $170. Called us back to let us know they DON'T know what the diagnosis is. Upon arrival a few hours later we were charged $340 for an unknown diagnosis when Mr. Hernandez told us it would be $170 and never expressed there would be an additional amount. We were told we had to pay $500 more in order for them to try and diagnose again. We were obviously upset at waisting + $340 for the inability, incompetency, rudeness and poor quality customer service of Toni Hernandez.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. They'll charge you $170 to see what's wrong with your car (my issue was with air /noise coming in through the a pillar). Certain things they should not charge for like a manufacturing defect, but they would not check unless i paid. If they decide it's "normal" then you must pay. Horrible.

Stay away from this location. Called and made an appointment to get my car serviced and it was for 10am. Went to drop it off the next day and was notified that my car should be ready by noon. I had taken an Uber home and was waiting for a call or text so I can go pick my car up. It was 2pm and I still hadn't heard anything. I called and the girl who answered in services wasn't sure if it was done?? I called again and the friendly gentleman notified me that it was ready and that they needed to fill out paperwork. Bottom line though, it should not take 4 hours WITH an appt, to complete

I got my fairly new car, bought here, serviced for the first time.
Alright, so I was taken for a fool when I purchased my vehicle. When I was talking about the services and treatment I got at Honda, I was told "don't worry, we'll take care of you here, too."
I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and when I asked if the Uber service, advertised when purchasing your vehicle, online, and at the kiosk, could pick us up from 7th & Fig since we wanted to walk to the restaurant to eat, but possibly not back. I was told that they do not offer Uber - only for special circumstances

I caught them fraudulently charging for service labor that was never provided. It's every customer's worst nightmare to have little technical knowledge about car maintenance and get scammed for it, and that's what happened to me.
The last time I visited, they charged me for an air cabin filter replacement that was never installed. Mistakes happen so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back today for an oil change and tire rotation, as well as to address this concern. I came here Nov.19, 2020 to purchase a car. I thought I had gotten great service from sales rep Ned. At the beginning I was very happy with my purchase. I started to have issues with the car a month later so I decided to get it serviced. When I arrived I was told that the car had been in a car accident before we purchased and for that reason they wanted me to pay 490 dollars to even check it. Ned never disclosed that the car had been in a car accident before and when asked he said that the car was clean. We were lied to. We over paid for this damaged car & now we have to deal with future issues
