I don’t really write reviews on bad things but in good things yes because when I’m about to purchase something I read the reviews if they’re good I’ll sure buy from that place and I mean bad reviews everyone has different experiences, but I bought my 1st car in this dealer sadly didn’t get the one I was going for 😢 but they did help me find one similar to the one I had seen a day before, it’s been a year and a half and I haven’t had any problems with the car, the only thing I have done is give a change of oil and brakes but that has to be done to every car other than that go check

If you're going to buy a car, you must buy one from Sunny. Newly transplanted from Chicago, he seems to have kept his mid-western heart. He was so pleasant to deal with and I felt his professionalism and honesty was surprising in the area of car shopping. He worked with us to create an affordable monthly payment and went the extra mile to get the car color we wanted. I didn't feel slimmed like the last time I bought a car. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The owner Wilmer is unprofessional and a rat. He does everything he can to avoid upholding the warranty on the cars and hides from people who have complaints. He originally sold us a car that broke down (within the warranty) and was unable to be moved. Wilmer claimed he couldnt fix the car because he was "out of state" even though I saw him there when I went to make a car payment. Apparently cars "can't get fixed" while he isn't here despite having a couple employees and a mechanic shop. We tried contacting him multiple

When I came into to test drive, there was no pressure to buy (which is always the worst part about dealerships), and once I decided to buy everyone was helpful. In particular, the salesman I worked with, Don Meyers, was great. The negotiation process was straightforward, and I never felt like things were being hidden. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will be taking my car there for maintenance.

Had a great buying experience at this dealership. Our salesman, Shane Wong, and his manager, Alan Lac, went above & beyond to make sure I got the best price for our Tacoma compared to all the other local dealerships. We even got to inspect and test several different models. Very patient and honest. They made it such as easy decision and transaction for this purchase. I will definitely recommend anyone whose in the in the market for a Toyota to come to this dealership in the city.
