We offer property and building maintenance services to our corporate, industrial and real estate clients. Maintenance agreements include general maintenance, build-outs, maintenance in tenant areas, landlord contracts and property management.

In 2013/14 Williams and Rowe built Holiday Hill Baptist Church (south side of Jacksonville) a new sanctuary and renovated other sections of our facility. With a limited budget they were creative in addressing all of our needs. We were very pleased with the process and the end product. In the last five years we have been able to minister more effectively to our community, and open our facility often to the community, something that was not as viable before the building and renovations.
