As a full service contractor we assist our clients with both large and small scale projects. Our commercial division is headed by a veteran in the field, David Thomas.
The residential side is headed by another veteran, Sharon Goddard, who can handle your improvements from a small remodel project to the designing and building of a new home. Together, Dave and Sharon offer a combination of talents and strong established industry relationships which allow for a project to be completed on time and within budget.
Our Project Managers are present during all phases of the construction, designing, or remodeling process giving clients peace of mind that their projects are well supervised. As the General Contractor, SDC schedules and supervises construction phase activities, orders products and deliveries, draws schematics for millwork and meets regularly with clients to assure their wishes are being cared for.

Services
Sharon Designs was established in 1977 and began as residential and commercial interior designers. Client needs and demands prompted the necessity of a general contracting license which was obtained in 1992. Since then we have continued to serve our clients by designing, constructing, and maintaining their projects.
As an experienced residential and commercial contractor, SDC does the drawing and design work. Partnering with our selectively chosen Architect, or other properly licensed team members, the two are contracted as a single-source team to complete both design and structural criteria to meet the client's specific needs.
