On Christmas Eve the used car I purchased from Battison had the transmission fail. I waited until Sunday and called the extended warranty company they sold me to assist. Set up for a tow truck to be at my house Monday at 8am. I waited for several hours and it never showed up. I could not get ahold of the warranty company at all on Monday.
I called Battison to see if they could give me a loaner vehicle until I could get my car looked at (I had put less than 3,000 miles on it since purchase).

This is a review of their service department. As far as the sales team goes, I bought 2 cars from them, they are phenomenal and I will always go to Robert whenever I need a car. Absolutely amazing service.
I took my civic in to get serviced for an oil change, check the a/c, check the TPMS light, and get a full inspection because I am getting ready to sell the car. I sent it in at 1pm and it’s been almost 24hrs and they haven’t given me an update on the vehicle. I called twice yesterday just to get an update and both times they said that no one was available and they would call me back. No

My review goes out to Kevin in the Service Department. He really does go above and beyond when it comes to his people. I have since tranced in my Honda for another make from another dealership. This review is more so for the service dept than it is for the sales or finance dept.. I bought my last two cars from them and Kevin always takes care of me! Anywhere from flats, nails/screws, tire pressure, windshield, service checks before road trips, anything I need, he's always there to help! So if you need service done, ask for Kevin!

We had high expectations for they type of vehicle and price. With a growing family(6-missing our other 3), we needed space. We knew within some reason what we were looking for. We found a diamond! Kevin Epperson worked quickly, efficiently, and heard our wants and needs and did exactly tht without the stereo typical banter. He has great attention to details and is effective with individuals as well as family needs. I came in looking for a new vehicle and test drove a 2021 Honda Accord sport. It drove nice and had all the things I wanted in a car. My salesman was Robert Wallace. He wanted me to finance through them and I told him that I will get in contact with my bank and proceed. I then came in a few days later to get the purchase agreement to then take to my bank. Don't get me wrong the brand Honda is amazing and really reliable but Battison Honda is NOT somewhere you should buy a car from.
I'm just going to start it off and say they let me leave the parking lot with a safety issue. I bought my car 2 months ago, I don't really drive it because I walk to work everyday but when I did my light would light up to air my tire . 2 months into driving down the street my front wheel popped. When going to change my tires I had them look at all of them, come to find out Battison Honda let me leave with smaller tires on the right and the right tires

My girlfriend and I had a horrible experience here! These salesman have low morals and don't deserve your money! They recently sold my girlfriend a 2019 Honda Civic a couple months ago, and we recently had a flat and figured out 2 of the tires on the new car were the wrong sizes!? Absolutely horrible experience. They switched our financing around 3 times without telling us, running credit checks each time. On the final time trying to switch financing around they found out my husband had lost his job and demanded that we bring the vehicle back (after having the new vehicle since October). We will be letting friends and family know that they shouldn't shop here if they value their credit score. Would give less than one star if possible.

I had no choice though. Of course my little Honda has a special battery. Of course AAA doesn't carry it on their trucks. And of course, Battison is the closest dealer and oh yeah, I can't turn my car off.
Reception is a bit confusing. Most other dealers I've been to greet you at your car. With a car that would definitely die as soon as I turned it off, I waited but wasn't greeted

Am GRACIOUSLY giving this dealership a 1 star rating. I am out of state buying a car. I was told that the car was in impeccable condition by 3 different people... Joseph, Marcus and Thai. All 3 of these men LIED to me to make a sale knowing I was buying the car sight unseen!!!! They even lied on the bill of lading which also read that there were ZERO imperfections on the car! When the car was delivered there were around 15 LARGE spots the size of the palm of my hand where the paint had oxidized and was totally peeled off!!! Spent over $1200 for some great work on my Honda Accord. Because of scheduling, my father came to sort out the dropping off/picking up. Upon pickup, their technician had the nerve to say, "whoever drives this car, definitely smokes weed".

It's funny how both good and bad jingles can stay in your head for a long time. "BattisonHonda.com" is short and sweet but I've never forgotten it.
2 years ago I had issues with my previous car and needed to get out of it quick style, that's where Battison came in. My wife and her family have driven Honda's as long as I know them and she actually bought a new Accord right before I left for the Navy 8 years ago. I actually had a Civic in the mid-2000's and loved it.
Back to 2 years ago though, I walked into Battison wanting an Accord/Civic, great gas mileage
