We had a problem with our furnace early on a chilly winter morning. We called and they sent out a friendly, knowledgeable technician who diagnosed the problem and got our heat working. The astounding part of the story is he showed up 15 minutes after we called! Just great service. Highly recommended.

Extremely nice people and eager to help! I walked in off the street looking for ducting for a project. They showed me the standard sizes they had available. When we couldn't find a piece that worked, they sat down with me, drew up a plan, and then had that custom piece made the very same evening. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Wouldn't hesitate about going back to them.

We experienced great service by Brad & Burke in Fall of 2017. We had a 20-year old suspended fiberglass heating duct collapse and break under our home and even though that kind of ducting is not done anymore, they were able to configure a new non-fiberglass section and connect to the existing ducts to repair the problem. Friendly technicians and quality work, I won't hesitate to call them again.
