Worst experience I have EVER had with ANY retail business. They are corrupt. Put deposit on vehicle 12-29 (just arrived), and received bill of sale close to end of business. This morning provided proof of insurance, provided license, and set up wire transfer. We live 2 hours away, and due to weather were working on picking it up tomorrow. Within a… short time got a call saying they were pulling the sale because “we” had red flags and they suspected us of working with an individual or organization to export the vehicle overseas. The service department is TERRIBLE! They had our vehicle for three days before they even ordered the necessary parts—break pads. Nothing exotic.
Have had the vehicle a total of five days and the maintenance hasn’t been performed.
They offer nothing but excuses, are rude and defensive, and and STILL haven’t told us when we will have the vehicle.
We also own an Acura and a GMC, and those service departments are SEAMLESS.
At this juncture I wouldn’t drive a vehicle from this dealership if it was free. Avoid this dealership.

Rude and arrogant service. Arranged to have car picked up on Saturday only to be told once arrived, “we can’t find your keys, wait until Monday”. The sales assistant was asking for proof of pick up and continued to be disrespectful once details were clarified for pickup. Unwilling to help or be bothered to find the keys. Not what you would expect from a premium dealer and customer service centre.
