Very good Customer Service when I called to set up a service. They were unable to book me in a time frame I needed due to availability, however they tried their best to accommodate at the time of the call. Would definitely do business with them in the future, schedule permitting, very happy with Bob's assistance.

Very timely, professional, and EXTREMELY personable! (It kind of feels like an episode of "Cheers" every time I go in.)

I know you’ll see other reviews that have bad experiences but let me just say this , this is our second time here getting our car tinted since we totaled the other one about a month ago. Even after the entire back half of my car was torn off the one thing that held most of the back shield was the TINT!! you can’t go wrong coming here -the staff is super friendly , really genuine people. Chris worked on my car and the window tint came out perfect on my kia k5 . I’ve been recommending my co-workers to come here!

I had my car tinted here in June of 2020, upon payment they told me I had a warranty on my tint; it’s even printed on the receipt they provided that the tint has a lifetime warranty. The tint began peeling and when I called to have the 1 window redone they requested that I come in to have it approved before they would redo it under warranty. After coming in and having it looked at and approved they scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have it redone. I came in for my scheduled appointment and they rescheduled me due to a storm that was going on. They claimed their tint bay was flooded

I can’t fully express how satisfied I am with the job they did on my car! The customer service here was outstanding and the racing stripe...well, as you can see in the pictures...it turned out PERFECT! It’s exactly what I wanted. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing stripes or window tinting. They are super nice and we’re great to work with. They kept in great communication and even held my car for a few extra days while I was traveling. I plan to go back and get my windows tinted, so they have a lifetime customer!!

I brought my brand new 2018 in to Extreme back in December (less than 5,000 miles on it at the time) to get the windows tinted. If I would have known how many fibers they would leave in the tint and be OK with it, I would have never brought my car here! I took the car back up after waiting the 2 week period. The guy in the office looked at my account, saw who did it and said with a small chuckle "Oh, i see who did it and it makes sense why you are back." I told him I will be back when it is warmer to have it redone.
