Outstanding work. They were the ONLY landscaping contractor that answered the phone and was available to come out and do the work I needed on the schedule it was needed.
Showed up early, finished on time, ran across some challenges on the job and went the extra mile to overcome the challenge to get the project done.
A few days later, I found one small boo-boo with the end result; I called Robert and the crew was out THAT DAY to fix it - no questions asked.
Will be using again - highly recommend.

I usually am a pessimist when expecting a landscape home to be done tastefully and within budget. Artisan Outdoor hit it out of the ballpark on both accounts. They exceeded my expectations by finishing on time and not trying to upgrade me at every turn. Its a strange feeling to enjoy your home landscape more than your new home but I have to call it like I see it.

We wanted to hire a professional landscape company to design our front and back yard which was going to be a huge and $$$ project. We met with a number of landscaping companies and decided to go with Artisan. We have a nice sized lot in Newport Beach, and started completely from scratch. It seemed very overwhelming to completely redo the yard. But Artisan Outdoor made this process very manageable, and even enjoyable. Their staff is knowledgeable. Artisan has very capable designers, architects, landscapers, and subcontractors that built/installed our jacuzzi. The workers were friendly and professional, and kept the job site spotless. We highly recommend Artisan Outdoor.

Simply the best landscape/hardscape contractor I have seen. I live in Newport Beach and have been through some interior and exterior remodels before and when Artisan recently replaced my entire front and back yards with soft and hardscape, it was the most seamless process and great results. They do design and build and can make just about anything you can imagine. I highly recommend Artisan.

I was referred to Artisan Outdoor by a garden planner, as one of the garden styles this company plants is an English Garden. When it came to the day of the planting, they did it in one day, as well as put down two small areas of sod. The workers were professional, did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, and made sure I was happy before they left. Chuck, the field manager, has been great about checking back to make sure I was happy, and that things were doing well. I had a couple of problems with some of the sod, and he made certain that it was replaced immediately, and helped me to understand

We HAD a very small yard, with areas that were totally unusable. NOT ANY MORE! We were put in touch with James Neeld of Artisan Outdoor. We were dreading the project. However, Jim and his crew were amazing to work with. Jim's plans were awesome. He was very concerned about what our goals were for the yard and our home, and what our likes and dislikes were.
