Meet at the site and discuss the client's goals, budget, and the construction process. Draft a design proposal for client review. Note: Additional work for HOA submittals will be billed hourly due to the vastly different requirements each HOA requires. Our crew will draw up plans taken from highly detailed laser measurements and photos of existing site conditions.
